About me

Hi – I’m Esosa. I read a lot of books and I like to write about them.

My love of reading started when I was a preteen with the Nancy Drew mystery books. By the time I hit 13, I was obsessed with Meg Cabot’s writing. I don’t know what happened between ages 16-18, I don’t recall reading a single book during that time period. At 19, I read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green and my YA (Young-Adult) contemporary obsession truly began.

Since then I’ve grown to love such a wide genre of books. Romance, memoirs, short essay collections, and contemporary fiction have become huge favourites of mine in recent years. I’m constantly recommending books to my friends and I’ve even converted people who think “books are boring” into avid readers.

Some of my favourite books ever:

All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr

Know My Name by Chanel Miller

All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
